Our physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants are board-certified or board-eligible in their respective specialties, so that each patient receives the highest quality of care. Our focus on education and preventative care promotes a healthful lifestyle, so that all of our patients can enjoy the benefits of wellness.

When minor illness strikes, we’ll do our best to get you an appointment that day. CHP health professionals operate as a "Care Team." If your personal physician is not available, you will be seen and evaluated by another physician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

If a major illness occurs requiring hospitalization, our physicians collaborate with a network of specialists and hospital-based physicians who will provide inpatient care. This close relationship allows our doctors to resume your follow-up care smoothly when you return home.

CHP’s modern, well-equipped offices take advantage of the latest in electronic medical record technology. Efficient patient information systems make appointment scheduling easy—and help make office visits more productive.
